Stephen Svoboda is a curriculum and eLearning leader and designer with a passion for the performing arts.
Throughout my career, I have invested my time, expertise, and passion into leading transformational programs for organizations. Working across a diverse array of organizations, the mission has always been the same: to use my skills as an artist and educator to improve lives and strengthen communities.
With over 15 years of classroom and workshop teaching experience, I am at home in front of an audience. (The theatre degree also helps!). I have designed, revised, and implemented learning and development solutions for asynchronous, synchronous, and blended learning environments with strategies including gamification, micro-learning, and the incorporation of digital communication tools for practical learning experiences.
At my core, I am a builder. I thrive in environments that embrace transformation and innovation. My success comes from my ability to inspire others with a clear vision and articulate a roadmap on how to achieve our shared goals. I enjoy managing change and seeing an organization as a continuously evolving entity that requires strategic risk-taking to flourish.
As a lifelong theatre artist, I am highly collaborative in all of my work, whether on the stage or in an office, and I excel at motivating and leading teams under tight deadlines and even tighter budgets. I am highly adaptable, embrace creative problem-solving, and am solution oriented. My multiplicity of skills, practical experience, and adaptability are my greatest strengths. I would love to put them to work for you and your organization.
